How to buy?
Select the products that you want, select the date and add a message if it’s for a gift. Once you have added the desired products to the cart, on the top right click on the shopping cart and click on checkout. Fill in the shipping and billing details and you are all set!
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Is the purchase safe and secure?
Yes. All our transactions are encrypted. We use protocols for the security of our customers.
How do I take care of the flowers?
Different flowers need different levels of attention and steps to make sure they last as long as possible. Each specific flower, bouquet, or DIY combo has different care instructions. We included their respective care under each product!
Do you deliver same day?
As much as we would love too, we do not! Our shipping is done via FedEx, everything is shipped overnight express, which is next day.
Do the prices have any additional fees?
We do charge for shipping and handling at checkout. We charge based on distance from our Miami distribution center.
What information do you need for shipping to hotels?
For hotels deliveries, we ask that you contact the hotel ahead of time to make sure they put the flowers somewhere with A/C upon their arrival. Also, in known, include the room # and make sure to put the name of the person that the room is under so the package does not get lost in the hotel!
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home, FedEx will more than likely leave the package outside the front door. Since we do deliver using overnight express, packages will be deliver before 10:30am in the east coast and 12pm everywhere else.
What is your refund policy?
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, but since it is a natural product sometimes mishaps happen. Once you receive your beautiful blooms, we offer a 2 day window to contact us and exchange any damaged products. We will ship them to you at no extra cost.
Can I add a message to my gift?
Yes! Flowers speak for themselves, but if you want to make it even more special you can add a message. When selecting the date of the product you choose there is a box you can click to add a message!
Can I make my order Anonymous?
Yes! When you are writing the message in the from section you can put anonymous or whatever you want! The client will never see the billing information regardless of if its anonymous or not.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order and we process it we will create a shipping label. We will scan it and you will be getting an email notifying you with the FedEx tracking information.
Will the flowers get here on the date that I choose?
We strive to make sure you get your flowers the date that you desire. Since there can be mishaps along the way we always recommend you order the flowers 2 or 3 days before your event. Once the flowers leave our warehouse it is in FedEx hands and mother nature to make sure you get them next day!
What happens if I order a flower and you cannot send it?
Since flowers can sometimes be unpredictable, if we need to replace anything in your order, we will email you before we make any changes. We will find similar variety, feel or look to your original order.
How can I change the shipping address?
For us to be able to make shipping changes to your order, we need at least 2 business days in advance to be able to make changes.
How can I cancel my order?
Since we import everything directly from the farms and we allow full cancellations for a full refund 8 days before your scheduled delivery date. Once that window closes we will not be able to offer a refund.
